RENOVATIONS

The Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers will be undergoing property
renovations beginning in September 2010. With a complete Fitness
Center renovation. In December 2010, there will be a two phase
change. Phase 1 (Floors 22-50) will begin in December 2010 and
will conclude towards the end of April 2011. Phase 2 (Floors 5-21)
will follow a similar schedule and commence in December 2011.
The Hotel & Towers will undergo inspection of the exterior facade
as required by the city for each building of any significant
height. Scaffolding to support this work and the renovation project
will begin to wrap the front and sides of the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made inside of 5 days prior to arrival or NO SHOWS
will incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties.
