available to the blind, hearing impaired and wheelchair users.
All public areas are wheelchair accessible.
Disabled rooms must be booked as a special request, it cannot
be booked from allotment. Please contact the Product
department. A surcharge may be applicable. This will be
advised at time of confirmation.
RENOVATIONS
RETROFIT OF BALLROOM AND GUESTROOMProject will start on November 22, 2011.
Building 3 Guestroom Renovation
- All guestrooms in Building 3 will be closed for sale (550 of
the 950 guestrooms will be renovated during this time)
- Scaffolding will set-up on the Exterior of Building 3 (part of
O'Farrell Street, Mason Street and Ellis Street)
- Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi will be closed during renovation.
Arrangements have been made with the Nikko Hotel (directly
across the street) which will enable our hotel guests to
utilize their Indoor pool this winter. The facility Fee for
use will be waived for Hilton Hotel Guests. Information will
be distributed at our Front Desk during the check-in process.
Seismic Retrofit Project
- Building 3 support walls will be built and added to the
existing hotel foundation structure. The reinforced walls will
be built from the ground level to the 4th floor.
- Building 3 Lobby will have a wall constructed which will
seperate the construction work from the hotel guests. The
Building 3 Guest Elevator Bank will only need to be used for
guests that are accessing the hotel parking garage.
- Ballroom Level of Building 3 will be closed to all guest entry
as the Continental Ballroom will also be undergoing renovation
during this time. A finish wall will be put in place between
Building 2 and 3 on the Ballroom Level.
Garage
- Parking Garage: Hotel Valet Parking and Self Park will remain
open and unchanged. Guests may self park their cars on Floors
5, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Garage Entrance is on Ellis Street.
- Super Shuttle: Super Shuttle Vans will pick-up and drop-off
inside the parking garage as Mason Street will have
scaffolding in place.
Work Hours
- Work will take place between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday
through Friday, November 23, 2011 - March 31, 2012.
Hotel entrance, Lobby, Urban Tavern Restaurant and Starbucks
will remain unaffected by the closure of Building 3.
NOTES
Photo identification and credit card imprint are required uponyour hotel check-in to cover incidentals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 5 days prior to arrival or no shows will becharged 1 night cancellation fee. Fees are in addition to Freestyle
Holidays cancellation penalties.
High Demand and Special Dates have a higher cancellation policy.
